Delivery in Surroundings Areas Only (No Delivery on Sundays and Holidays)
Returns are accepted only for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges are accepted.
Only new and unused products are eligible for return.
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns must be made in-store.
A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed on the same day of the return.
Products picked up directly from the store by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Bring the product and your receipt to the yard at 2235 76 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T6P 1P6 during business hours.
- Our team will check the product is new and unused and confirm it is within 30 days of purchase.
- We process the refund the same day, less the 10% restocking fee.
- Prefer an exchange? We are happy to swap it for another product instead.
